Common questions

How often do you mow?

We run a 5–10 day cycle rather than a fixed weekday. Grass doesn’t grow on a calendar — it grows on weather, rainfall and soil temperature — so we time visits to actual growth. In a wet spring stretch that can mean every five days; in a dry July it may stretch closer to ten. The result is that you only get serviced when the lawn genuinely needs it.

Do you bag or mulch clippings?

We mulch clippings back into the lawn by default — it returns nitrogen and is better for turf health. Bagging is available on request, and we bag automatically during heavy spring flushes and leaf season.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as gates are unlocked and pets are inside, we service the property and you get a notification when we're done.
