Water pools next to my foundation — is that fixable?
Usually yes, and usually with grading rather than a pump. We look at where water comes from and where it can go before recommending anything.
Sod or seed?
Sod gives an instant lawn and holds slopes, at a higher cost. Seed is cheaper and establishes deeper roots but needs weeks of consistent watering. We'll tell you which fits your site and timeline.
How soon can I walk on new sod?
Light foot traffic after about two weeks, normal use once it's knitted down — usually three to four weeks with proper watering.
