Payment Terms
Client must pay the full invoice amount within 30 calendar days. Services will be discontinued if payment is not received within 60 days.

Notice of Pre-Lien
Under Kansas law, any supplier of labor or materials for your property improvement may file a lien if unpaid. You have the right to pay these suppliers directly and deduct the amount from the contract, unless we provide you with a lien waiver within 120 days of project completion.

Liability Limitation
Loyal Landscaping’s total liability, including for negligence or breach of contract, will not exceed the total compensation received under this agreement.
